一、 基本概念
1、用法：現(xiàn)在或現(xiàn)階段正在進(jìn)行的事
2、標(biāo)志詞：now
3、方法：doing→being done
4、結(jié)構(gòu)：am/is/are doing→am/is/are+being done (過(guò)去時(shí)：was/were being done)
現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)的被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)由"be being＋及物動(dòng)詞的過(guò)去分詞"構(gòu)成,助動(dòng)詞be有人稱(chēng)和數(shù)的變化(am, is are ).
1）Modern cell phones are being used as cameras and radios, and to send e-mail or surf the Internet..
現(xiàn)代的手機(jī)正用照相機(jī)、收音機(jī)，并用來(lái)發(fā)送電子郵件或上網(wǎng)瀏覽。
2）New functions are being added to the cell phones.
新的功能正在往手機(jī)上添加。
3）Is a computer center being built for the students?
學(xué)生計(jì)算機(jī)中心正在建設(shè)嗎？
4）Are those TV sets being checked?
那些電視機(jī)正在被檢測(cè)嗎？
5）The letter is not being written.
那封信沒(méi)在寫(xiě)。
6）The money for the project is not being collected.
用于那項(xiàng)工程的錢(qián)沒(méi)在籌集。
二、現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)的被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài) "五注意"
1. 注意不可遺漏being
現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)的被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)表示說(shuō)話時(shí)正在進(jìn)行的一個(gè)被動(dòng)的動(dòng)作,強(qiáng)調(diào)主語(yǔ)是動(dòng)作的承受者,其構(gòu)成為"am / is / are + being+動(dòng)詞的過(guò)去分詞"。如果我們把being漏掉,就成為一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)的被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)或系表結(jié)構(gòu)。
如: Look! The children are being taken care of by their aunt. 瞧!那些孩子正由他們的姑媽照看著。
區(qū)別：Children are taken good care of at school. 孩子們?cè)趯W(xué)校被照看得很好。(指通常情況)
再如：The report is being written by one of the best students. 報(bào)告正在由一名最好的學(xué)生寫(xiě)著呢。The report is well written. 這個(gè)報(bào)告寫(xiě)得很好。(系表結(jié)構(gòu))
1. 注意不可忽視 "現(xiàn)階段"
現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)的被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)也可表示目前這一階段正在進(jìn)行的一個(gè)被動(dòng)的動(dòng)作。
如:
Many interesting experiments are being carried out these days.
如今許多有趣的實(shí)驗(yàn)正在被進(jìn)行著。(說(shuō)話時(shí),并不一定在進(jìn)行)
3. 注意現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)的被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)也可以表示將來(lái)
現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)的被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)有時(shí)可表示按計(jì)劃或安排將要進(jìn)行的一個(gè)被動(dòng)的動(dòng)作(此種用法僅限于少數(shù)及物動(dòng)詞)。如:A party is being held tonight.今晚將要舉行一場(chǎng)晚會(huì)。
4.注意沒(méi)有現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)的被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的動(dòng)詞
一些表示"狀態(tài)、心理活動(dòng)、擁有、存在"等的動(dòng)詞,一般不用現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)的被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài),而常用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)的被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)。如:
Xiao Wang, come here. You are wanted on the phone. 小王,過(guò)來(lái),有你的電話。
Football is becoming more and more popular. In other words, it is loved by more and more people.
足球現(xiàn)在越來(lái)越流行了, 換句話說(shuō),它被越來(lái)越多的人喜愛(ài)。
5. 注意"be +under/ in等介詞+名詞"結(jié)構(gòu)可表示現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)的被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的含義。
如:
The problem is under discussion (is being discussed) at the meeting.
這個(gè)問(wèn)題正在會(huì)上討論。
The telephone is in use (=is being used) now. 這部電話正在使用中。
A new library is being built now.一座新圖書(shū)館正在被修建。
Some animals are not being protected well enough.
有些動(dòng)物沒(méi)有受到很好的保護(hù)。
Is the bridge being repaired now?
現(xiàn)在那座橋在修嗎？
