One possible version

Recently I find that some classmates lead an unhealthy life, such as staying up late and not eating breakfast. Although we are under great pressure, it is necessary for us to live a healthy life. The following are some useful tips.

  First, it’s important that we have a balanced diet and enjoy breakfast every day, because we consume much energy while studying. Second, taking exercise regularly is of equal importance, which can help us to keep fit and release stress. More importantly, we should develop a positive attitude, which allows us to look at things positively no matter what happens.

  In a nutshell, proper food, regular exercise and a positive attitude can be beneficial to us during this bittersweet year.

2、句子結(jié)構(gòu)完整、但關(guān)鍵點出現(xiàn)錯誤或漏掉部分關(guān)鍵詞，扣半個要點分，如：主謂一致錯誤，或關(guān)鍵詞拼寫錯誤（如主語，關(guān)鍵性名詞等），或謂語動詞時態(tài)/語態(tài)錯誤等；

3、凡使用鉛筆答題、或答題中使用了涂改液或不干膠條，一律不給分；

4、凡多次出現(xiàn)非關(guān)鍵性單詞拼寫錯誤或其它同類錯誤，原則上每4處扣1分；

5、文章內(nèi)容要點全面，但寫出了一些多余內(nèi)容（連接或過渡詞句不在此列），原則上不扣分；

6、凡書寫超出規(guī)定的答題區(qū)域，全卷不給分；

7、書寫潦草凌亂、但基本不影響閱卷的，酌情扣卷面分1～2分。
